x- Suitable For: All horses and ponies in light, medium, or hard work, retired or spelling horses, and breeding and growing horses. Particularly beneficial for horses prone to tying up, Laminitis, Cushings, Insulin Resistance, or Equine Metabolic Syndrome.
- Recommended Feeding: Introduce new feeds gradually over 1-2 weeks. It is designed to be fed with roughage (pasture, hay); ensure a minimum of 1% of body weight in roughage per day. Divide into smaller feeds if feeding over 0.5kg per 100kg body weight per day.
- Soaking Instructions: Soak 1 part Fibre Safe with 3 parts water for 5 minutes (warm water) or 10 minutes (cold water) before feeding.
- General Care: Always provide access to clean water. Feeding rates vary based on individual factors like pasture/hay quality, training, exercise, body condition, and metabolism.
- Ensure the feed is appropriate for your horse�s age, breed, workload, and health status
- Horses require a minimum of 1.5% their body weight in roughage (hay, pasture or chaff) per day for digestive health
